We start with a conversation about your vision, space, and how you use it. No commitment required - just a real discussion with someone who knows the work.
Full design package including structural drawings, HVAC calculations, material specifications, and permit documentation. You approve every detail before we build.
Hands-on installation by our own team - not a sub-contracted crew. John is on every site. We handle coordination, scheduling, and cleanup from start to finish.
We walk you through every detail of your finished space and make sure it's exactly right. The project isn't done until you love it.
Dwell Contemporary started as a way to bring the quality of commercial wine cellar design into residential homes. John Koziol built the business on referrals - one project at a time, one satisfied client at a time, with no shortcuts.
Based in Knapp, Wisconsin and working across Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, and beyond, Dwell handles projects of every scale: from a single Della Marta cabinet to a 2,000-bottle custom cellar with glass walls and a climate-controlled barrel room.
Every project begins with a call. No pressure, no obligation - just an honest conversation about what you're imagining and whether we're the right fit.
